About Us
The course is run by five PhD Students in the Department of Economics with excellent support by the department's IT support team.
Most of the structure and contents of this course has been developed by the previous team Lachlan Deer, Adrian Etter, Julian Langer, and Max Winkler, to whom were are greatly indebted. See the previous version of this course here.
Ulrich Bergmann
Uli is a 4th year Doctoral Candidate in the Department of Economics. His research interests lie in behavioral, experimental and neuro-economics.

Ursina Schaede
Ursina is a 3rd year Doctoral Candidate in the Department of Economics. Her research interests are applied microeconomics, with a focus on education and gender.
Ursina leads the following modules:

- Spatial Data (ArcGIS)
Dora Simon
Dora is a 4th year Doctoral Candidate in the Department of Economics. Her research interests are international trade and environmental economics.
Dora leads the R modules.
Carlo Zanella
Carlo is a 4th year Doctoral Candidate in the Department of Economics. His research interests lie in macroeconomics, optimal taxation, and inequality.
Carlo leads the Machine Learning module.
Christian Zünd
Christian is a 5th year Doctoral Candidate in the Department of Economics. His research interests lie in applied microeconomics, experimental economics and behavioral genetics.
Christian leads the basic Python module.
